Can I return, it if my product is damaged / defective /missing attachments?

We, at Curio Centre, try to maintain superior quality and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Yes, Customers can notify us of any manufacturing defect or damages within 72 hours of the delivery. We will replace the defective/damaged product with a brand-new product at no extra cost. Any missing attachments will be re-shipped via courier without any additional charges.
  • Curio Centre will replace the specific product ordered. However, we will not return the Swing or replace the Swing with another category of Swing.
  • Damages due to the customer’s negligence will not be entertained and such returns/replacements are not supported.

Do you replace/return, it if I don’t like the Swing I ordered?

  • Return/Replacement will be at the Sole Discretion of Curio Centre and if return/replacement is entertained, then the courier charges for sending the Swing will be charged by the customer. Shipping Charges can vary as per your location.
  • The customer will be responsible for sending the Swing via Courier and the product must be in a reasonable state.

How do I Cancel an item purchased on curiocentre.in ?

  • Cancellation in Case of Damage: In case you received a damaged or defective product, bring it to the notice of delivery personnel immediately at the time of delivery and report a complaint to customer care at info@curiocentre.in
  • Damage & defect will be assessed in 72 hours, and a solution will be provided. If in the opinion of Curio Centre, the product is broken, it may be returned/replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by Curio Centre, to address the issue.
  • Cancellation in case of a wrong product: If the product does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, raise the issue immediately & report it to support.
